Lona Shields - Licensed Esthetician - After working many years in the healthcare industry, I decided to pursue a career in the beauty industry where I can focus on helping people achieve their best skin possible.  I begin each treatment with a thorough skin analysis that allows me to recommend the most appropriate at-home care and treatment plan. 

I strive to create a relaxing, yet professional atmosphere for each client.  I am committed to furthering my knowledge of the latest skin care treatments and products.  I enjoy treating all skin types from acne to mature skin, and believe in educating clients to work towards their desired skin results.  I insist on only using skincare products of the utmost quality and natural ingredients. 

I hold an undergraduate degree in Healthcare Information Management from Temple University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from La Salle University.  In January, 2017 I graduated from the esthetics program at Venus Beauty Academy and I earned my laser certification at the Institute for Laser Medicine.  I am a member of Associated Skin Care Professionals.

I am married with two children, three dogs and one cat.  In my free time I enjoy reading, solving puzzles, outdoor gardening, and relaxing with family and friends.
